I cannot get over how professional the people at MBA USA are. The keypad shipped was as ordered and arrived faster than promised. But what made this transaction so good was my interactions with Phil. not only did he preemptivley send a list of instuctions and possible hurdles I might encounter. This allowed me to get my safe open. Phil thoroughly and quickly answered every question I emailed . I would not hesitate to recomend MBA USA to anyone.

I purchased this keypad to replace the one on my Cannon Scout Safe that went bad .I spent a good amount of time on the phone with two different customer reps from cannon that explained to me that the company was having trouble with that key pad and that they had discontinued it .I was told my only resolve would be to get a lock smith to drill the safe open and install a new key pad and lock mechanism. I told Cannon that was absolutely unacceptable and that they should have let there customers know ahead of time that the key pad was defective .Cannon basically told me there was nothing else they could do for me . I ordered this keypad from MBA USA and within ten minutes I received an e-mail from there Business Development Manager Phil with detailed instructions on how to install the key pad with my older lock.His instructions worked perfectly.In less than 15 minutes I had opened my safe and easily saved a few hundred dollars by not getting a locksmith to drill my safe .Phil provided an exemplary customer service experience

I had 7 to 8 emails back and forth before I even purchased the keypad and they reassured me that it was the correct part, and even had assistance with setting it up.

Ordered on Saturday and recieved it on Tuesday morning. Works great. It was super easy to install and the instructions for setting the dip swicth was very easy to follow. These folks know what customer service means and they are the best. My safe is back working again thanks to the excellent service from these folks. Thanks again.

I have a Winchester gun safe that I bought in 2008. It had a SecuRam electronic keypad that would not unlock the safe. I ordered what looked to be the same keypad, but it turned out to be a newer model, which was backwards compatible with some adjustments. I had to take the back off of the old one, removing three phillips head screws, two of which were under the plastic stickers and then pry off the back plate. This allowed me to unplug the signal cable, which was then plugged into the new model. It did not give me a beep for each keystroke, which indicated that I had a newer keypad with a previous generation lock. I contacted the seller by email and Phil gave me detailed instructions on how to make the new keypad compatible with my lock. Basically, it involved reversing the positions of four tiny dipswitches. They were covered with a stuck-on brown plastic sheet, which I was able to remove with my fingernails. I had to use magnifying glasses with a built-in light to see what I was doing. I was then able to set the switches using a small icepick. If you have the older lock, contact Phil and he will give you more detailed instructions. WORKS GREAT!
