    Safe lock

Posted by Shannon on 6th Aug 2020

I was told by cannon safe that I would need to drive due to being locked out, purchased this replacement keypad and set the limit switches and was able to use my old combination and opened the safe immediately

    worked great!

Posted by STACY JOHNSON on 21st Jul 2020

My keypad had went bad and I was locked out of my safe. Just a few minutes and following the included instructions, and I got back in with the same code I have always used. Thanks so much!

    SecuRam Keypad solved my problem.

Posted by Lon on 21st May 2020

My Cannon safe started rejecting the correct combination as an incorrect combination indicated by beeping 3 times after entering the combo. The safe company told me I would need to have it drilled open. Before going to that expense, I tried replacing the keypad with this one. At first when I plugged in this new one, the buttons were non-responsive (no beeps), but thankfully there was an instruction sheet with this new keypad that explained how to change the dip switches to match my safe. After that, when I plugged it back in I got steady beeps every few seconds which indicates "lockout mode" from previous wrong combination entries. After 5 minutes, the lock-out beeps stopped and I was able to enter my combination and the safe opened up. Happy days! If your keypad suddenly stops accepting the correct combination and you are locked out, it may be a faulty keypad. Mine was about 5 years old when it failed. Very happy with this new keypad and the instructions that came with it. Saved the day.

Excellent! Don’t drill your safe out

Posted by Ronald Andrews on 17th Apr 2020

This replacement keypad worked great. I had a problem with my original keypad failing and Cannons response was to have a locksmith drill it out and they sent me a replacement NL keypad. Well I called 8 different locksmith companies with price range of $330-$600 for their work. I did a google search with the OEM part number on the back of the PCB and found this company. I am so glad I found MBA USA. Phil was extremely helpful with his communications via email and paperwork in box. I had to flip the dip switches and my safe is fully operational again for $37. Thank you Phil

Initially, I was upset cuz the replacement keypad didn't work. However, Dan helped me resolve the issue (reverse dipswitches on the back of the circuit board). Works fine now. Thanks Dan!

    Dip Switch Issue Solved

Posted by Henry Craddock on 7th Nov 2019

Could not use keypad because I could not find appropriate code for swing lock on safe. Will need to buy a deadbolt for this keypad. I appreciate the help from these folks. They told me how to fix the dip switches. Thanks again for your help.
