SafeLogic Top-Lit Keypad, Chrome

This worked great. I was locked out of my gun safe for over 3 weeks. Cannon could not help me out and told me to finally try a new key pad and they don’t stock it anymore. Found mbausa on line and ordered a replacement pad. It arrived and it opened my safe. Also information was sent by mba and they were a lot more helpful than Cannon Safes. Thank you very much.

This was easy to install and came with very clear instructions for troubleshooting. Top notch customer service and a perfect replacement for my old key pad that failed.

Problems solved. Worried that would have to end up buying a new safe until I found this company. After item shipped, company emailed me with tips in assisting with installing. Item arrived with same instructions and install was super easy. Will definitely keep in mind in future and recommend to any friends/family with same problem.

I bought my liberty safe about 2 years ago and about 1 year after the keypad stopped working, wouldn't light up or beep when I pushed the buttons, nothing. So when I did a little research I found out the the pass code was actually stored in the lock itself, not the keypad. So I was thinking I just happened to get a bad keypad and ordered one through this site. At first it was all good, I used my old pass code and it opened right up! Yay... for about another year, then the keypad took a crap again! Now I'm on my third one! Yes I bought another one, just cause $50 is a lot cheaper than paying a locksmith to drill it. But now that I have it open I will definitely be going with a totally different brand of lock and keypad.
If you want something that only lasts about a year then locks you out of your safe then go ahead and buy it lol.
I probably opened my safe about once a week btw.

The installation instructions should be more detailed and clear.

The new key pad worked fine. The emailed support was very helpful. Had not been able to get into my safe for over a month. A locksmith was going to cost me over $500. Thank you for all of your help.

Worked fine

To start with, the people at MBA were very helpful and answered all my questions. This top light keypad is nice. Better that my old style. Had to reverse the 4 switches. Works great. Only momentary problem was the keypad would not go on the safe with the battery inserted first. I just had to insert the battery after installing the keypad. Took about 5 minutes to install. Package came with a couple of replacement hangers, but I did not need them. Great price, was sent to me immediately, and the customer service was the best. I will be a returning customer.

So far so good much better than the old style keypad thanks a lot MBA USA!
