These magnetic signs are commonly used on GSA Containers. One side is "OPEN" and the other side is "CLOSED", indicating the status of the container. They can be used on safes or file cabinets in general or any other container that magnets will stick to.
- Width: 5-3/4”
- Height: 1-7/8”
This is well made and works good. Would like to see a stronger magnet but this one works and does not fall off. Wife loved the case that came as a gift. She took it for her sunglasses.
Open and close magnificent a beneficial as a reminder of the status of your safe at all times or file cabinet with secure documents
I liked the colors and size of these magnets that I bought for gun safes, safes, and security file cabinets. My only complaint is the magnet itself is very weak and barely sticks on the textured surface of a gun safe. They stick a little better on a smooth surface like a file cabinet but, not much better. The magnets barely stay where put. I won't return the ones I ordered but I will not buy any more nor recommend anyone else buy them either. I was really hoping these would work out, they fell short.
These magnets have a really nice appearance. The only concern that I have is that the magnet is weak when attached to the front of a GSA safe. They don't slip off, per se, but if you were to brush by the magnet, it would slide off easily. This was not the case when attached to a metal door frame.
works perfect and a quick delivery. i am very satisfied
This is an update to the review I wrote on March 7th. Since then MBAUSA has voluntarily sent me a new, functional (read - magnetized) Open/Closed label. The new label works as it should and the customer service by this company is 5-star. I'm happy!
Visually, this is a nicely executed Open/Closed labeling product. However, the "magnetic" part isn't so good. It is virtually non-magnetic. Will not adhere to my safe or any other ferrous surface.
I use it, but ironically, in order to do so it's necessary to stick it to the safe with a, wait for it..., a magnet.
