Description
This is a 1/4" thick, weldable steel plate with the standard mounting pattern pre-drilled. The four corner holes are tapped 1/4-20 UNC to match modern lock mounting screws. Use this when retrofitting a safe from a non-standard footprint lock to a more common, modern lock such as Sargent & Greenleaf, LaGard, Big Red, Securam, AMSEC and many others.

I make these myself when I must. The plate from MBA is more cost effective than my own and better quality. I shrink wrap them until needed. They are great for retro work that I have done for many years.
