I received old used lock. MBA USA's response: The product description states that these locks are new old stock (NOS). Meaning that the locks are not used. However, they have been sitting in a warehouse for a long time. Is it possible that a lock that has been used got mixed in from our supplier in Europe yes, that is possible. We are sending out a new old stock lock to the customer. Once we receive the lock that we initially sent to the customer we will examine the lock to see if it needs to be disposed of.
