This was a replacement for a keypad of the same model that had grown unresponsive even with fresh batteries. The installation was a breeze and the combination remained the same after the change.

I ordered a new keypad to replace the old keypad which stopped working after 5 years. I used the AMSEC Live Chat option to troubleshot my problem, and the rep informed me of the part number.
