Delivery was fast and price was right. The only problem was it didn't have a spline key in it like usual so after installing it and realized that I couldn't finish I had to run back to the shop to get a spline key while the customer waited. That's why it's only four stars. Next time I'll double check, but I expect that spline key to be in there from Sergeant Greenleaf.

I bought this to replace a LaGard 4200 electronic lock on a Winchester safe sold by Tractor Supply that was still functional but I decided to replace because of their history of failures. The replacement was relatively straightforward and instructions were good. I did not need one, but 1 or 2 extra brass spline keys ought to be included in the package. They would cost next to nothing for the manufacturer to include in a $90 lockset. They are single use and if you need to adjust after initial installation, you would have an open safe until you were able to locate a new one. They are ridiculously priced to buy separately ($1.35 each), but I would recommend including at least one extra in your order.
