    5715 keypad

Posted by Keifer on 8th Jul 2020

Old 3710 that came with safe had failed one of the digita and wouldn’t accept my code nor the master code anymore. Swapped out for the newer 5715 model and on the first try i was in. Great service and fast shipping was an added benefit.

I called and spoke with Jeremy to identify a replacement for my key pad that no longer worked. Received 3 days later. Easy install and I was able to get into my safe! Great service and support. Thanks for all your help!

    Great Service!

Posted by Chris on 10th May 2020

I was locked out of my safe and was hoping it was simply the digital keypad. I ordered a new keypad from MBA USA based on reviews that I read. Once I received it I wasn't sure if I need a locksmith or what I needed to do but Phil had already reached out with an email checking on my ordered so I responded and got a reply from Kevin with step by step instructions on what to do. I would definitely recommend MBA USA. Thanks!

    Perfect Fit

Posted by Jason Russell on 4th May 2020

This was a replacement key pad for a 13 year old Readhead gun safe from Bass Pro. Simply removed the old key pad and plugged in the new one. Works perfectly. Delivery was prompt, even during pandemic lockdown.

    New Keypad

These folks personify what service is supposed to be. Years ago this was the norm but now is so hard to find. We received the correct part and when I thought there was an issue their support and personal attention was the very best it could be. I very pleased. Thank you

    Wowser

what would stop a person from taking a hammer and knocking off yours or anyone's keypad breaking the thin plastic eyes and then plugging in this keypad and entering it's combo. just thinking.
MBA Reply: Hi Jon. Thanks for your deep thoughts on this. However, combinations are stored in the lock and not the keypad, so your groundbreaking theory is unfortunately incorrect. This fact should be taken into consideration by anyone looking at this or similar products on our site.

    Intermittent and wrong color

Posted by Craig on 30th May 2019

After hooking up the new satin chrome keypad, nothing worked. It took me about 20 minutes of messing with it to get the numbers to work. Eventually, I got my safe open but every time I go to get in, I have to pull pad off safe and unplug and re-plug it in. Also, the metal on my safe is bronze, not satin chrome. It doesn't match. Why not make the same color you sold me y years ago?
