Great product and even better service!

Received quality product quickly at a great price to get my safe working again. When installing I broke a screw (my own fault). Contacted Phil, he responded immediately, and sent me what I needed. He even followed up to make sure I was good to go. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time, highly recommended to my friends already, and will continue to do so. Phil, thank you very much!

    Exactly what I needed

Posted by Scott W. on 11th Apr 2019

The folks at MBA USA set me up with exactly what I needed after explaining what my issue was. This upgraded electronic keypad replaced an older failing model. The failing unit was randomly rejecting my valid pin code. There is no feeling like that when you can't open your safe. This new keypad resolved my issue. Thanks!

THE RIGHT PART WITH FAST DELIVERY

A natural panic began when I could not open my safe. After installing a new battery with no results and doing some research, I figured the key pad was not functioning properly. Ordered a new LG5715 which came promptly and installed in about five minutes and was once again able to open the safe. Thank you MBAUSA.

    Great customer service

My digital keypad on my safe went bad ,with the safe locked. I check with the company that makes the lock and they said yes that lock is a bad one (BABA 4715) They advised to replace it with BABA 5715. I did a search and found that MBUSA had the best price. I called them to explain my problem. Phil advised yes that model does go bad. He explained to me how to replace it once I get the new one once it arrived. Came today and it worked, I can get back into my gun safe. I would recommended MBUSA to everyone. Phil was great in explaining how to fix my problem. Great customer service, will buy from them again, thanks

My old keypad died with the safe locked. I did not have to have the door opened to change the keypad. I just used the old cable from the lock, which already came through the door. I disconnected it from the old keypad and connected it to the new keypad, entered my code and it unlocked
