This form is only to register for the GSA Approved Container Inspector Renewal Exam. Only requests by qualified individuals will be honored.  After the form is submitted, the GSA Approved Instructor will contact you via email.  Be sure to enter the email address you desire to use for the exam.

 

The cost of the exam is $495.00.  After submitting the form, you will be provided with a link to pay for the exam.  Or you may contact MBA USA to pay by phone or make other payment arrangements.
