Description
This hand cuff is a great training aid for locksmiths, law enforcement, military, and anyone who needs a thorough understanding of how a modern handcuff operates. A clear plastic cover reveals the entire locking mechanism for operation and inspection. This is a "double-locking" cuff. When slapped against the wrist the cuff automatically captures the arm, and then can be locked against bypassing by inserting the protrusion on the bow of the key into a hole at the edge of the cuff. Both locks are immediately undone by a simple turn of the key (2 supplied with cuff) in the lock.
