Keypad Only, Brass (Marked "ESL10")

After 14 years old keypad was acting up. Great replacement, factory original parts. Great price. Nice metal body compared to the plastic original. Easily installed. On my safe the combo was retained inside the solenoid lock, so replacing the keypad only was simple, no reprogramming required. Very good, very fast service.

I have a 10 year old American Security safe, where over the last two years to tone from the lock kept getting weaker and weaker. A few weeks back, it stopped acknowledging any keypad activity. I called American Security, they somewhat acknowledged that this is common, but they said find a dealer, and buy a whole new lock assembly, and replace it all. I found MBA and was advised that just replacing the keypad usually does the trick. They were very helpful on the phone, and I placed my order right away.
