Great customer service
My digital keypad on my safe went bad ,with the safe locked. I check with the company that makes the lock and they said yes that lock is a bad one (BABA 4715) They advised to replace it with BABA 5715. I did a search and found that MBUSA had the best price. I called them to explain my problem. Phil advised yes that model does go bad. He explained to me how to replace it once I get the new one once it arrived. Came today and it worked, I can get back into my gun safe. I would recommended MBUSA to everyone. Phil was great in explaining how to fix my problem. Great customer service, will buy from them again, thanks

Good product, fast shipping
My old keypad died with the safe locked. I did not have to have the door opened to change the keypad. I just used the old cable from the lock, which already came through the door. I disconnected it from the old keypad and connected it to the new keypad, entered my code and it unlocked

Great product at a great price!
I purchased this keypad as a replacement for the 3715 that had gone bad on my safe and I could not open. I swapped the keypads out within 5 minutes and the new 5715 worked perfectly and I now have access to my safe. Thanks MBA USA very much for the support.

Great Upgrade to Winchester Safe
I needed an additional combination lock to complete an upgrade for two of my Winchester safes; one lock was replaced under warranty. I purchased the second lock- a 5715 combination padlock-from MBA. Having replaced a similar safe lock previously, this install was easy, EXCEPT, MBA provided no instructions for retrofitting this lock. Instructions are important since Winchester Safes do not use existing mounting holes and installers must use a tap, die, and square block (no tools included) to attach the new mounting screws for the new 5715 lock. If you purchase this lock with the intent to mount it on a Winchester Safe as soon as you get it, you will be disappointed and frustrated. Get the instructions and tool list from Winchester first. I dug out the instructions and tools from my previous combination lock retrofit, and using these, the new lock mounted quickly and solidly. With its backlight feature, I find the 5715 a positive upgrade to my safe, especially during low light.

Excellent, easy replacement for older 3751 keypads!
Only took fifteen minutes to replace the keypad. Had to remove inner door liner, remove lock mechanism inside safe, then install new keypad on front of door and run wires thru to lock mechanism. I like the backlit option a lot too!
