The PSMEL2000 is a smart, self-diagnosing power controller specifically designed to operate up to two motorized latch retraction (MEL) exit devices simultaneously or independently. It provides the necessary filtered and regulated power to ensure smooth operation of the MEL3000-1 and FLMEL3000-1 kits.

• Dual Door Control: Operates two 24VDC motorized panic hardware devices with independent or sequential output operation
• Intelligent Logic Protection: Features built-in protection against accidental shorting of lock outputs to prevent board damage
• Ancillary Power Outputs: Provides auxiliary 24VDC (0.8 amp) and 12VDC (0.5 amp) power for keypads, card readers, and motion detectors
• Diagnostic LEDs: Visual indicators for AC power status, battery health, FACP (Fire Alarm Control Panel) status, and output troubleshooting (short or open circuits)
• Configurable Settings: Dip switches allow for Fail-Safe/Fail-Secure selection and adjustable operator relay delays (0.5 or 1.0 seconds)
• Battery Backup Ready: Includes a built-in charger for lead-sealed or gel-type batteries (supports up to 7AH batteries within the enclosure)
• Fire Alarm Interface: Built-in FACP input for emergency release
