TERMS OF SALE
RESTRICTED ITEMS:
Many of the items offered on mbaUSA.com are available only to locksmiths, representatives of recognized government agencies or other security professionals. Your application as a Security Professional must be accepted before you can order restricted items. Items not marked as restricted may be purchased by the general public. It is the buyer's responsibility to see that all purchases are used in a safe and legal manner.
TERMS OF PAYMENT:
• Payment: mbausa.com accepts PayPal, Amazon Pay, Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover.
• Accounts: Net 30 accounts can be arranged for qualified customers who complete our Net Account procedures. Accounts will only be established for customers in the U.S. A credit application can be downloaded here.
DELIVERY:
We ship most prepaid orders within 2 business days and will notify you of any back orders. Any order valued at $1,000 or higher will require a signature upon package's arrival to destination. Orders placed after 4:00 p.m. Eastern Time will not ship until the following business day due to carrier schedules.
QUOTES:
Prices quoted by MBA are valid for 60 days from the date on the quote.
SHIPPING:
A reasonable fee is added to all orders to help defray the cost of packing, shipping, and insurance. Carrier is selected at the discretion of MBA USA, Inc.
RETURN POLICY:
We make every effort to provide high quality products to our customers. If upon receipt of any of our products (excepting those few with return restrictions), you are not satisfied, you may return any item undamaged within 10 days for a refund or exchange. To initiate a return, you must call MBA for a return authorization and include your invoice with your return. There is a 15% restocking charge on some items when returned. If you order an item and do not receive it from the mail carrier upon delivery, a 15% restocking charge is also charged. Shipping charges are not refundable. CD-ROM/DVD products are returnable for exchange only of identical item. For these items, no refunds will be given.
CLASS REFUND POLICY:
Should it be necessary for you to cancel your registration, the following policy shall apply: Any deposits paid will be refunded if you cancel prior to the start of class. Once class has begun, should it be necessary to cancel or dismiss a student, refunds will be based on the percentage of the course completed on the day of cancellation. When half of a course is completed, no refunds will be made. If not present the first day of class, and without notice of cancellation to MBA USA, Inc., you will forfeit all fees and deposits paid and will be billed for any unpaid balance. MBA USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel courses as we determine necessary. Full refunds will be issued to students who have paid for cancelled courses. Any refunds will be made MBA USA, Inc. within 30 days.
COMMONWEALTH OF KENTUCKY CONSUMERS RIGHT OF CANCELLATION:
• You may cancel this contract, without penalty or obligation, within 10 business days from the date you sign the contract.
• You may also cancel this contract if, upon doctor’s order, you cannot physically receive the services, or you may cancel the contract if the services cease to be offered as stated in the contract. If you cancel this contract for either of these reasons, the seller, MBA USA, Inc. may keep only a portion of the tuition or contract price.
• You may notify the seller, MBA USA, Inc., of your intent to cancel by giving written notice to: MBA USA, Inc., 200 Orchard Drive, Nicholasville, KY 40356-2357.
• MBA USA, Inc. reserves the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment. You will be notified and a full refund will be issued.

Any personal information you provide to us on our website when you register or purchase our products, (i.e. name, address, e-mail address, telephone number and credit card information) is maintained in private files on our secure Web server. Your personal information will not be shared with anyone. We will not sell, rent or share your email address with others for them to send you unsolicited email.
