Customer service unmatched.
This is by far the most professional and thorough buying experience that I have ever had the opportunity to experience. Product was exactly as advertised. Fit and finish were flawless with very user friendly instructions. MBA USA also followed up with an email of said instructions insuring that nothing was left behind. Packaging was on another level. Definitely not your run of the mill company. First class all the way.

Exact replacement & fast delivery(4-5 days).
The Rotobolt was a direct replacement for my Cannon keypad with no wire splicing, etc. ..maybe took 10 minutes until the safe was open again...

Locked Out of your Cannon?
Locked out of your Cannon safe? Don't panic, this NL keypad can solve your problem. The usual cause is worn-out conductive coating on the underside of the numerical keypad. To get into your safe, first remove the battery, then bump the keypad assembly upward with the heel of your hand-it comes right off. Remove the two Phillips screws and the backing plate. Carefully unplug the 4-wire connector from the circuit board. From the front, carefully separate the numerical pad from the plastic case-I used my tiny Swiss Army knife blade. Gently go all the way around the pad. Remove the inner assembly from the plastic case. Peel the numerical pad off the circuit board. Stick the pad to the safe door as a reference. Plug in the 4-wire connector and install the battery. Using a pair of tweezers, enter your combination by bridging the gaps for each number. As you enter the numbers, each will produce a beep until two beeps indicate you have entered your combination. Open the safe, then install your new keypad and test it. Easy 15 minute job.

Saved me Thousands
My Cannon from TSC malfunctioned and the light wouldn’t go out. Weirdest thing. $2,000 for a locksmith to come out, drill, re-combo and the whole thing. Nah, I ordered this replacement. 5 minutes, problem solved, WITHOUT even losing my combo. Thank you!
