I called and spoke with Jeremy to identify a replacement for my key pad that no longer worked. Received 3 days later. Easy install and I was able to get into my safe! Great service and support. Thanks for all your help!
I was locked out of my safe and was hoping it was simply the digital keypad. I ordered a new keypad from MBA USA based on reviews that I read. Once I received it I wasn't sure if I need a locksmith or what I needed to do but Phil had already reached out with an email checking on my ordered so I responded and got a reply from Kevin with step by step instructions on what to do. I would definitely recommend MBA USA. Thanks!
This was a replacement key pad for a 13 year old Readhead gun safe from Bass Pro. Simply removed the old key pad and plugged in the new one. Works perfectly. Delivery was prompt, even during pandemic lockdown.
These folks personify what service is supposed to be. Years ago this was the norm but now is so hard to find. We received the correct part and when I thought there was an issue their support and personal attention was the very best it could be. I very pleased. Thank you
Needed help fast safe all of sudden wouldnt open !!, wasnt the batteries safe co wanted $100 bucks for replacement dial pad MBA USA had this great deal upgraded model plugged it in safe opened life is good again..
The key pad was easy to connect and works great.
what would stop a person from taking a hammer and knocking off yours or anyone's keypad breaking the thin plastic eyes and then plugging in this keypad and entering it's combo. just thinking.
MBA Reply: Hi Jon. Thanks for your deep thoughts on this. However, combinations are stored in the lock and not the keypad, so your groundbreaking theory is unfortunately incorrect. This fact should be taken into consideration by anyone looking at this or similar products on our site.
After hooking up the new satin chrome keypad, nothing worked. It took me about 20 minutes of messing with it to get the numbers to work. Eventually, I got my safe open but every time I go to get in, I have to pull pad off safe and unplug and re-plug it in. Also, the metal on my safe is bronze, not satin chrome. It doesn't match. Why not make the same color you sold me y years ago?
I was very happy with the service and support from MBA USA. Got the exact parts I needed and quickly.
I got exactly the parts I needed at a fair price and was returned money quickly on a wrong order (my mistake). Parts were great quality and installation was simple with provided instructions
works good thought it would be more of a project.
Received quality product quickly at a great price to get my safe working again. When installing I broke a screw (my own fault). Contacted Phil, he responded immediately, and sent me what I needed. He even followed up to make sure I was good to go. Best customer service I have experienced in a long time, highly recommended to my friends already, and will continue to do so. Phil, thank you very much!
