    S&G SAFELIGHT FOR KEYPAD (MAGNETIC)

Posted by Ken Nixon on 23rd Apr 2021

I wish I had NOT posted a bad review because I was an idiot. I can't seem to be able to edit or delete the review, so I am writing to advise that MBA refunded my purchase and was awesome in their full support -- I'm sorry for being an idiot. THe Safelight works fine, I just didn't realize it was a red LED, which now I realize is actually better on the eyes, so now I actually LIKE the Safelight

    Safe light for keypad

Posted by J Long on 8th Feb 2021

Light works well and has a good contour for my 2 safes. Magnet seems a bit on the weak side but neither has fallen off yet. All in all happy and would purchase again from MBA.

    works great

Popped the battery in and stuck it on the safe. I have an S&G single battery keypad. Lights up the keypad just like it is supposed to. Fast shipping. Ordered on the weekend and it was delivered the next Friday.

Not fit well with 2 battery keypad

Posted by Ken Nixon on 12th Jun 2017

The S&G Safelight doesn't work to well for 2 battery keypads because it's doesn't stick out far enough and you have trouble seeing the top row of numbers as the LED is blocked by the extra thick keypad. I had to put some magnetic spacers underneath the Safelight to be able to have the full keypad illuminated. Also if I had realized that it was a RED LED instead of a more useful white LED I wouldn't have bought it. I think it's kind of cheaply made and don't recommend it. MBA replies: Hi Ken-I appreciate your input and am sorry this item doesn't meet your needs. I wish you would have contacted me first to make it right before posting a negative review. I'll have your money for the item refunded, but please keep it. Regards, Mark Bates
