    LG Basic Swing Bolt Lock & Keypad

    First time customer and very impressed with the service.

    l thought I ordered the correct product but when it arrived and I had questions on installation I reached out to their sales team.

    I emailed back and forth with Phil for a couple of days as he was sharing additional installation tips and resources.

    Once it was determined another product was better for my situation Phil shared links.

    Returned the original product, easy, and reordered the correct item.

    Installed it myself and it is working well and looks great!
