I purchased this SG lock to replace the current lock on my safe. I had some technical questions and I called in and spoke with Phil, he was very patient and very helpful instructing me how to properly set up my combination. I have seen the same lock on Amazon for a few dollars less but I purchase from MBA because all the positive reviews and they weren’t wrong. If you’re looking to do anything like I did, buy from these guys because they will help you out.

Great communication and updates on order, item was exactly what I expected.

I order this lock to replace a digital lock on a liberty safe that quit working (luckily it was open when it did). Installation was very easy and a cutoff wheel on a grinder was perfect for cutting off the spindle. I had some difficulties setting the new combo and was initially pretty disappointed. I put off calling MBA because I was busy and didn’t have time to sit on hold or be given the typical run around that I’d normally expect from the first company that comes up on google. I was very surprised when an actual, live human being answer the phone on the second ring. He got a little info about what my problem was and had me on the phone with a technician in less than a minute. I was given very easy to follow instructions on how to diagnose the problem while he stayed on the line and was able to fix the problem in less than ten minutes. I can’t say enough good things about these guys after my experience. I was fully expecting them to tell me to call a locksmith or send it back in or whatever kind of headache might be possible. I was wrong, they’re good, knowledgeable people and worked with me through my problem. I will be using them for anything I possibly can from here on.

Arrive fast work fine

When in doubt, this is the lock to choose for your safe or vault. It is sturdy, well made, easy to install and easy to use. All the holes lined up with those in my vault door but the screws provided were the wrong size. I just used the screws from the lock I had removed.

Really needed just the lock but it was less expensive to buy the whole kit. It was basically just a swap over because the lock I had was temperamental and would stick every once in a while. The instructions that came with the kit were great except for when it came time to change the combination. Had to go to the manufacturer website to get an updated instruction sheet. But I will buy again when the need arises without hesitation.
