I was replacing an old digital lock that was giving me some issues, and emailed to ask if the LG3330 was a good fix. Got a quick response from customer service, and ordered it the same day. Shipped and received quickly. My only annoyance was a lack of install instructions, but like the rest of the world I have access to google/youtube (do make sure to watch a vid though, as directional facing determines some install options). Otherwise a quick install and easy to recombo. Nice smooth dial and lock. Very happy!

This replacement combination lock was easy to install. The instructions on how to reprogram the combination were easy to follow and worked great.

I wore out the original La Gurd on my cabinet and order this to replace it.

As the product description outlines, you get the lock, dial, spline key, change key and directions. To nitpick, it doesn’t come with all installation items.

While looking at everything as it sits in the box, it is complete; until you try to install it. The threaded rod from the dial that screws into the lock needs to be fitted ( e.g. cut with a saw and finished with a file).

It’s understandable it is made this way, expands the amount of applications it can be used for. Just wasn’t planning on it based on the information available.

End of the day, no issue for me, I just reused the old dial that was already fitted for the cabinet.

Not quite as smooth as the entry-level S&G series, but works well, runs smooth, and installs without issue. I would prefer a slightly more angled dial-face for greater versatility, but it works fine when installed at elbow-level of above.

My 20 plus year old Fireking safe had an electronic lock on it. The solenoid connected to the keypad, which stays in the open position, acts as the barrier that will not let the safe open. We’ve had a few scares with it not opening and finally figured out the solenoid was getting weak. Called Fireking, their supplier, and googled the parts number to no avail. Bought this lock and it fit perfectly. Had to tap out the already drilled holes so the screws would fit and had to cut down the shaft a little but it works great. Now I never have to worry about batteries or being locked out of my safe. Am very satisfied.

This lock works well and is easy to install and set up. It is a decent quality for the price. It uses a plastic sleeve on the ring set instead of a bearing, which allows for a little bit of slack, but shouldn't be an issue at all. That is the only reason I gave it the 4 rating.
