I used this item to convert a 30 y/o + safe at a local high school.
Due to age of safe, i had to drill and tap new mounting screws for both outside and inside of door, as well as the relocker plate. All is working well. If not for the extra work, i estimate install time to be 1 hour

Bought this for my father-in-laws gun safe that had a worn out rotary lock. Instructions were easy to follow and it was easy to install and program the code he wanted. Total time to remove, install, and program took about 1 hour

My old vault door lock was starting to give me problems, i bought this lock and with a little work I got it in and it is awesome.

I receive a lot of steel lock boxes that had a rotory tumbler nest in them with no combos. We drilled them and wielded the holes and installed thes lock on the unit ( units we all painted first) the costumer was very happy with the end product. They liked the fact they can change the combos themselves . These locks come with a master code so if the customer make a mistake or forgets the combo I can reset it for them. Overall a very nice lock set for the money.
