Description
S&G Model 2007 / 2007 Safe Lock Bolt Position Indicator.
The Model 2006 is a Pivot Bolt locking mechanism and the Model 2007 is a direct drive (D-Drive) configuration. Both models can be field fitted with a bolt position indicator. While the process is straightforward, the switch component is small and somewhat delicate. Care should be taken when handling the switch and performing the installation.
The bolt position indicator (BPI) switch is single pole/double throw, rated at 30 volts DC, 500 milliamps resistive load. Wire designations are:
- Black - Common
- Red - Connected to Common when the lock is secured
- Green - Connected to Common when the lock is secured
